The Ashton is a handcrafted walnut HiFi cabinet and record player stand, designed to store vinyl records and LPs while housing amplifiers and audio equipment. Built from solid walnut, it functions as a vinyl storage cabinet and compact media unit, combining practical storage with a warm, refined finish suited to modern listening spaces.
Featuring a dedicated HiFi shelf, a structured layout for vinyl storage and dowel dividers for easy browsing, it’s designed for both everyday use and long-term durability. The freestanding design allows it to be positioned easily within a room, making it a flexible addition to a range of setups.
Crafted from carefully selected solid American black walnut, each piece highlights the natural variation and character of the timber. The density and weight of walnut provide a stable platform for turntables and audio equipment, while its rich tone brings depth and warmth to a space. Smooth to the touch and built to last, it’s designed as a piece of furniture to be used and enjoyed for years to come.
Each unit is finished in Treatex Hard Wax Oil – a blend of natural oils and waxes that enhances the depth and character of the walnut while providing excellent durability. The finish is water and stain resistant, breathable, and will not peel or flake, making it well suited to everyday use.

The top provides approximately 45cm of depth, suitable for the vast majority of turntables, while the internal shelf offers around 43cm for HiFi equipment, cabling and airflow.
The layout allows for easy access and a clean setup, making it well suited to modern HiFi systems and everyday listening.
Purpose-Built Vinyl Record & LP Storage
A structured layout with dowel dividers keeps records upright, organised and easy to browse. The offset back panels position vinyl closer to the front of the unit, improving accessibility while maintaining a clean appearance.
With approximately 34cm of usable depth for records, the Ashton is designed to accommodate standard 12" vinyl and LPs while making the most of the available space.

• The "Gatefold" Factor: If your collection has many double LPs or thick gatefold covers, reduce these estimates by about 20%.
• Plastic Sleeves: Using outer sleeves adds approximately 1mm to 1.5mm per record. For a 100cm shelf, this can “cost” you space for around 10–15 records.
How long does delivery take for this record player stand?
Standard lead time is around 4 weeks. This can however increase during busier periods.
